Renovation, Subdivision and Build

 

This project in Coorparoo is a typical project for us. An old house on a good block of land.

 

This corner site in the heart of Coorparoo had an old tired house to the front of the block. We performed significant renovations to the  house, subdivided the land  and built 2 freehold townhouses at the rear.

 

All properties we're finished to a high standard and sold quickly when taken to the market
