This project in Coorparoo is another older house on a larger block.

We moved, raised and renovated the old house as stage 1, then built 3 new freehold townhomes on the site. 

​

3 of the 4 properties were sold off plan prior to completion. The 4th was sold within 1 week of marketing when taken to the market.
