This was a renovation project of a block of flats in Annerley, when purchased these flats were structuraly sound but tired looking. The building was given a cosmetic renovation, we then strata titled the block and sold them individually. 

These unloved units had been tenanted for many years with little maintaince.  Being in original condition, the presented an opportunity to modernise to appeal to a wider market of both investers and owner occupiers.
