Land Subdivision -Previous Projects

This was a simple 1 into subdivision. We've created 2  fully serviced flat lots that were sold as house and land packages.

The site was cleared of the existing house, services installed, fencing and landscaping. Both blocks were under contract with 2 weeks of being marketed
